Ideal candidates for brow lift are:

A forehead lift/brow lift will smooth out your forehead, while raising the upper eyelids and reducing frown lines. It is often performed to erase many of the effects associated with aging, leaving you with a smoother, more youthful looking appearance. Younger adults who have a low brow or who already have deep frown lines due to stress or over activity of muscles may benefit from this procedure, as well.

Your Forehead or Brow Lift Surgery
Your surgery is performed on an outpatient basis under general anesthesia. Through an endoscopic approach, Dr. Thao will make several minimal incisions and can modify or remove parts of the muscles that cause wrinkling and frown lines, remove excess skin, and lift your eyebrows to a more pleasing level. Another approach is the endoscope forehead lift technique. Dr. Thao will discuss with you the better procedure to produce the results you desire. You will return home with upper head dressings which are usually removed on the first or second day after surgery. Following surgery you may experience temporary swelling, numbness, headaches or bruising. Initial discomfort is easily controlled with oral medication. You can usually resume your normal activity within 7 to 10 days.
